If the app is running slowly, or is failing to fully load the video or text, there may be another app using up too much memory in the background. In this case you should manually close the SpiritData App and all your recent apps. This is how.

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
  2. Swipe up on each app’s preview to close.

Also note: If you run the app immediately after restarting your phone, it may not run correctly until the phone has had a couple minutes to start up it’s normal system background processes.
